you as a registered user such as registration renewal updates and or changes in our services or offerings. We do not share your
email address with other users unless you give us permission by US mail or via your email address that we have on file in your
registration. Your Phone Number is for the use of BrimfieldExchange in the event we need to contact you with a question regarding
your registration or any product or advertisement that we provide to our paying customers. On occasion we may have buyers or
sellers that contact us seeking information in how they may contact you. BrimfieldExchange will contact you via email, phone
or by US mail for permission before we share this information with another party. Your Categories of Merchandise and the Brimfield Show or Brimfield Market and Booth Number that you diplay at in Brimfield will be made available to the general public through our website and printed publication, the Brimfield Pocket Guide. If you register online your User Name will be the email address that you provide to us at the time of registration.
Antique and Collectibles dealers who do not have an email address may register using a paper registration form available from
BrimfieldExchange and will have no user name, and will be identified by your name or Business name and phone number. Fictitious email addresses, mailing addresses and phone numbers will be considered fraudulent and will be cause for deleting
your registration or any service or advertisment that you have completed or purchased through BrimfieldExchange. You may automatically give us permission to reveal your email address, mailing address or phone number by purchasing one of
our products available through BrimfieldExchange, it's website or publication. Automatic Collection of Information Using Cookies: We do not use cookies on our website. How we Use Information BrimfieldExchange uses your information to better understand your needs and to provide you with better service. We use the
information you provide to better assist customers that may be looking for you and or your antique and collectible merchandise
during the Brimfield Show or Markets. We provide to anyone interested, your name or business name, the Brimfield Show that you
attend as a vendor, your booth number and the general types of merchandise that you sell. This information is available in our
online Brimfield Dealer Directory and in our printed version of the dealer directory found in the Brimfield Pocket Guide that
we publish three times yearly. We also use your information to communicate back to you about matters related to your registraton,
to update you on services, upcoming events, products and benefits, market research and to personalize our web site for you.
We will use your email address, US Mail, and or your phone number to notify you about matters related to your registration with
us. We do not share additional information about you to your customers such as your email address, mailing address and phone number
unless you as a registrant purchase one of our online products, purchase a print ad in the Brimfield Pocket Guide or give us
permission via your registered email address or via US Mail. We do not share this information with outside parties except to
the extent necessary to complete those activities or as otherwise provided in the Terms and Conditions. We use non-identifying and aggregate information for promotional purposes, to better design our website and to share with advertisers. the Registration/Renewal form available on the BrimfieldExhange.com website
or by sending an email which includes pertinent identifying information

with a request to be removed. You may also unsubscribe from our dealer
directory registration list by submitting a registration/renewal form
available in the Brimfield Pocket Guide, printed three times yearly. You may request as to whether we are keeping personal information about you by sending a written request via certified mail

our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data. You can update information and correct factual errors in your company or personal information yourself in the area mentioned above, or by sending us a request to do so using a BrimfieldExchange Update/Renewal Form.
